Free Site Submission Rules:

  • Reciprocal link is required and must be above the "enter" link.
  • No sites hosted on free hosting or sub domains will be listed.
  • Content: 20 or more pictures that are at least 600px on the long side. Video sites require 120 seconds of video. Poor quality video stills and over-used sponsor content will not be listed. Content must be legal and in compliance with 18 USC 2257.
  • Maximum of 3 out-going links per page, that includes links to hubs, sponsors, domain index, etc.
  • No pop-ups.
  • No misleading links.
  • Always use the same name and email address for submissions.
  • Sites with poor usability or design will not be listed.
  • Templates: Please do not submit the same template within 30 days.
  • Maximum of 2 submissions per webmaster per day.

  2. Sites that promote or make reference to "abuse".
  3. Recips: Sites with recips to dead link lists, large and obnoxious recips, scrolling text, more than 2 outgoing links, pointless recips (20 picture site with a recip to PK for example).
